3. Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in sales, preferably in Loan Against Property or related mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tata Capital Hiring: Area Sales Manager – LAP | Lucknow
• Drive business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and channel partners for LAP (Loan Against Property) products.
• Identify and onboard new DSAs, builders, and referral partners for business expansion.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement targets in the Loan Against Property vertical.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring performance and motivation across all levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely processing, documentation, and disbursals.
• Ensure complete compliance with Tata Capital’s operational guidelines and credit policies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on competitive LAP products, pricing, and local trends.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant sales experience in financial services, preferably in mortgage or LAP segment.
• Strong understanding of the Lucknow market, with established DSA and customer networks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build business, and manage key client relationships.
• Proficient in target-driven sales, credit processes, and customer handling.
