Key Responsibilities:

As a haring for Kotak Mahindra Bank Gold Loan RM Apply in Mumbai , your responsibilities include:
Achieve monthly Gold Loan targets at the branch level.
Actively generate and convert leads through market visits and customer interaction.
Ensure smooth and compliant processing of Gold Loans at the branch.
Build strong relationships with branch staff (BM, BOM, RO, RM).
Stay updated on Gold Loan market trends and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate and timely Gold Loan registers and documentation.
Identify and manage at least three empaneled gold assayers per branch.
Ensure 100% compliance and First Pass Authorization (FPT) for all Gold Loans.
Maintain Zero NPA status through diligent monitoring and follow-ups.
Dispatch loan closure documents to CPC Chennai within the prescribed TAT.
Oversee timely renewal of weighing machine calibration and assayer contracts.
